In accordance with Article 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006, “On Personal Data”, I hereby give my consent (the “Consent”) to the operator of https://mikrozor.ru (the “Operator”) to process, using automated means, the personal data I provide when creating an account, submitting an enquiry or by other means. Processing includes collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating and amendment), retrieval, use, transfer (provision and access), anonymization, blocking, deletion and destruction.
Personal data includes surname, first name and patronymic; year, month and date of birth; place of birth; citizenship; identity-document details; registered address; bank-card details; mobile phone number; email address; user information (device details, browser version, cookie data, date and time of visits, IP address, actions and pages visited); and other information I provide to the Operator.
I give this Consent for purposes including, but not limited to: sending email, SMS and messenger notifications; performing and terminating civil-law contracts; providing access to services, information and materials on https://mikrozor.ru; and sending notifications about new products, services, special offers and events.
This Consent remains effective until the purposes of processing have been achieved and for five years thereafter.
I may withdraw this Consent by sending the Operator a written request by registered mail to the Operator's legal address or by email to oteleskopah@gmail.com.
The Operator and I agree that, if this Consent is withdrawn, the Operator may continue processing my personal data where grounds exist under applicable law.
I have been informed that the Operator guarantees processing in accordance with the applicable legislation of the Russian Federation.
I confirm that I have read the Operator's Personal Data Processing Policy and Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006, “On Personal Data”. My rights and obligations concerning personal data protection have been explained to me.
